We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  However if you need 

to return an item purchased through Darrell Anderson Ministries, the following terms and conditions apply:

 

1) Returns will be accepted within 14 days of their purchase.  The post mark 

    date of the returned item must be within 14 days of the purchase for a possible full 

    refund of the purchase price not including original shipping and handling.

2) No refunds or exchanges without the original packing slip/receipt.

3) Credit card and debit card purchases will be credited back to the original 

    card of purchase.

4) Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

5) All materials must be in their original condition.  A damaged, soiled or 

    marked book will be evaluated and either refunded  at a used price or considered 

    not returnable.
